For carrying out the project the following works were performed:

• Study report, architectural designs, obtaining of building permit
• Floor plan and digging up of foundation
• Works of concrete laying, insulations and masonry
• Electrical and plumbing systems
• Building of a fireplace, BBQ, bathroom
• Floors, paving and painting
• Door and window frames, closets, kitchen, pergolas

For this project we followed the procedure below, during the entire length of which the customer was regularly updated:

• Identifying customer’s needs
• Inspection of building lot
• Designing of new house
• Budget and timetable
• Selection of most efficient materials and carrying out the work
