Description
Design and construction of a new house in Paros (Villa Elia).
The Koutalidis Constructions Company was called upon to realise the dream of a customer, which was to design and construct from beginning to end a new house in Paros, modern and ergonomic, but in harmony with the environment and the local architecture.
It consists of three bedrooms with bathroom, kitchen, living room, open plan dining room, storage room, barbecue oven, swimming pool.

THE PROJECT
For carrying out the project the following works were performed:
- Study report, architectural designs, obtaining of building permit
- Floor plan and digging up of foundation
- Works of concrete laying, insulations and masonry
- Electrical and plumbing systems
- Building of a fireplace, BBQ, bathroom
- Floors, paving and painting
- Door and window frames, closets, kitchen, pergolas
For this project we followed the procedure below, during the entire length of which the customer was regularly updated:
- Identifying customer’s needs
- Inspection of building lot
- Designing of new house
- Budget and timetable
- Selection of most efficient materials and carrying out the work
