Ninemia villas
Description
Two two-storey houses with ancillary spaces and a swimming pool in Vrontados area in Ageria, Paros.
These two houses will be occupied by the owner during winter months and rented out during summer. For this reason, they were designed with great care, so that they can support both purposes with minor changes. Equally important was to blend these buildings into the landscape and their surroundings, given that they are located on the fringes of the traditional settlement of Ageria.
The project includes two stone-built, two-storey residences, with a basement, a tank and a shared swimming pool, which are joined by two ancillary spaces used as laundry and storage rooms.
Each house has three bedrooms with bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room.

THE PROJECT
For carrying out the project the following works were performed:
- Study report, architectural designs, obtaining of building permit
- Floor plan and digging up of foundation
- Works of concrete laying, insulations and masonry
- Electrical and plumbing systems
- Building of a fireplace, BBQ, bathroom
- Floors, paving and painting
- Door and window frames, closets, kitchen, pergolas
For this project we followed the procedure below, during the entire length of which the customer was regularly updated:
- Identifying customer’s needs
- Inspection of building lot
- Designing of new house
- Budget and timetable
- Selection of most efficient materials and carrying out the work
