Construction of a ground floor residence with a guest house and swimming pool in Psilafi area, Ageria, Paros
Our company took up this project with a view to meet the client's needs. Our main concern was to blend the construction into the environment with respect to the island's architectural style.
It is a stone-built residence and guest house.
The main house consists of three bedrooms with bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as laundry and storage room.
The guest house is a separate and independent building with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

THE PROJECT
For carrying out the project the following works were performed:
- Study report, architectural designs, obtaining of building permit
- Floor plan and digging up of foundation
- Works of concrete laying, insulations and masonry
- Electrical and plumbing systems
- Building of a fireplace, BBQ, bathroom
- Floors, paving and painting
- Door and window frames, closets, kitchen, pergolas
For this project we followed the procedure below, during the entire length of which the customer was regularly updated:
- Identifying customer’s needs
- Inspection of building lot
- Designing of new house
- Budget and timetable
- Selection of most efficient materials and carrying out the work
